A vontade de fazer peças muito leves na aparência, porém fortes e elegantes, fez com que buscasse na natureza as formas complexas e delicadas de insetos como grilos, gafanhotos, esperanças e louva-a-deus. Mantis. Os corpos (assentos, tampos e acessórios) são como folhas, apoiados nas delicadas, porém fortes patas estruturais. Os desdobramentos da linha seguem esta lógica, revelando novos bichos da mesma família, ou os mesmos em diferentes posturas.
The desire to create furniture that appears light yet remains strong and elegant led to an exploration of the delicate yet complex forms found in insects such as crickets, grasshoppers, katydids, and praying mantises.
The Mantis line features bodies (seats, tabletops, and accessories) resembling leaves, supported by slender but sturdy structural legs.
The evolving designs in this line follow the same logic, revealing new creatures from the same family or variations of the same ones in different postures.
